Agnes Meadow Lane near Kniveton, Derbyshire (grid ref. SK 21910 50312 to SK 21780 48332) is currently subject to a temporary TRO while the Council carry out repairs. The TRO is due to end in March 2009 or when repairs to the lane are complete. The council have had to serve an enforcement notice on the Landowner to remove trees which have been planted in the lane, so that the original width can be restored.
