Formal notification from NorthantsCC issued recently regarding the following TRO's made on Byways in the county:
1) CL4 - Cottesbrooke
Six month TRO from 14th June, prohibits ALL users - "The restriction is required to allow remedial ground works to be carried out on the damaged byway surface.
2) DB16 - Maidwell
Six months from 18th June, prohibits ALL users - "The restriction is required as the route is not fit for purpose due to surface damage. To allow remedial works to be carried out and to prevent further damage to the byway surface whilst the repaired surface consolidates."
3) RB8 - Adstone, AV23 - Moreton Pinkney, SD32 & SD 33 - Weston & Weedon Lois
Six months from 21st June, prohibits ALL users - "The restriction is required on the grounds of public safety and for essential works to be done to improve the surface of the Byways and to allow surface consolidation."
